Therapy and COO

Therapy is a unique opportunity to explore your most authentic self. It is a space with no right or wrong. My goal as a therapist is to hold a safe space for you to go on a journey to explore the experiences that have caused pain and discomfort in your life and help guide you to understanding your authentic self as you foster self-love and acceptance for all the parts of yourself.

I provide a welcoming, non- judgmental space to discover inner wounds, wisdom, and healing. I will collaborate with you to unveil problematic beliefs you may hold about yourself, and together we will work to write a new story rooted in self-compassion.

Let's work together to cultivate compassion, acceptance, healing, and growth.

THERAPY and CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Would you like to feel more connected to yourself, others, and the world we live in? Sometimes difficult moods, thoughts, or circumstances seem to take over our lives. I provide masters-level psychotherapy for a variety of ages. I believe compassion, validation, empathy, and forgiveness are part of what we all require for individual growth and the development of our sense of self, and self-esteem. Working with adults, children, adolescents, and families, I have found that being truly heard can and does change lives.

I look forward to working with you as we develop a trusting working alliance where the therapist/client relationship is based on empathy and the knowledge that the healing process is possible through one's own empowerment.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. We will work together to discover your path of healing and wellbeing. We will review your progress jointly to see if we are on the right path.

I use interventions such as EMDR, AEDP and Mindfulness Based Interventions to lead you on a journey toward healing.

Ashley Cde Baca, LMSW

Clinical Social Worker/Therapist

My passion for working with people to rise above the most difficult times in life began when I was a young child working with a counselor to treat my own anxiety and trauma.

I understand what it feels like to struggle without knowing how to cope. I also know how it feels to find relief through working with a counselor to harness strength and develop life-long skills to recover and manage health.

From that time on I dedicated myself to pursuing my masters degree in Clinical Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University. I am trained in motivational interviewing, therapeutic crisis intervention, and behavioral management.

With 15 years of mental health experience, I have had the honor of assisting clients of all age ranges and across a wide variety of concerns, most notably: anxiety, panic attacks, depression, obsessive compulsive disorders, PTSD, ADHD, schizophrenia, addiction, eating disorders, homelessness, and self-harm.

My goal is to create a comforting space where clients can feel safe and free to explore any concern without fear of judgment. During our time together I offer techniques for recognizing negative thinking patterns, building self-awareness and resilience, managing stress, developing skill sets, changing unhelpful behaviors, building self-esteem, and harnessing your own strengths.

I look forward to meeting you no matter where you are in life.
